How OctoLead uses Google data
Access is limited to the Google services, accounts, and permissions that you choose during Google's authorization flow. OctoLead uses this data only to provide the product functions and analysis that you request.
Google Workspace
Only when you explicitly request an action and grant the relevant permission, OctoLead may read, send, reply to, forward, and organize or modify Gmail messages. Under the same user-directed and authorized conditions, OctoLead may read, create, or update Google Drive files, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. These actions are limited to completing the task you asked for.
Google Analytics
OctoLead provides read-only analysis of the Google Analytics accounts and GA4 properties you authorize, including metrics and reports. It does not modify your Analytics settings or data.
Google Ads
OctoLead provides read-only analysis of authorized Google Ads accounts, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and performance data. It does not create, edit, or delete ads.
You control authorization
OctoLead accesses Google data only after you actively connect a service and approve the requested permissions on Google's consent screen. Authorization is optional. You can disconnect a Google service in OctoLead or revoke access from your Google Account at any time. After revocation, OctoLead stops requesting new data through that connection.
AI-assisted processing
When needed to complete a task you initiate, OctoLead may send the relevant portions of your authorized data to AI services for processing. This processing is used to interpret your request, summarize information, and generate the requested analysis or insights.
Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use
OctoLead's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the user-visible features that you request. OctoLead does not sell Google user data, use it for targeted or personalized advertising, or use it to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
